About NJ Property Maps

NJ Property Maps is a New Jersey property-map project. It started with assessments and tax-rate breakdowns — including Stafford Township’s 2026 revaluation — and a property page now also carries permits, flood, soil, wetlands, planning-area names, and a historic hit. Town and county pages add Census population and housing units.

We republish public tax-list and rate data and add plain-language explanations and maps. We are not the assessor, not the tax collector, and not affiliated with the State of New Jersey beyond using published files.

Owner names are not shown. Estimates are not bills. For errors or questions about the site itself, use feedback. For your official tax amount, contact your municipality.
